The transformation of a West Midlands office block into 69 high quality apartments in a £14million build to rent development is underway.
Construction and Fit-Out Solutions (CAFOS) was appointed by Urban Village Capital to deliver the project at Four Oaks House, Sutton Coldfield.

The building will offer a high quality mix of one and two-bedroom apartments over four floors, with an impressive roof terrace and secure car parking, for the private rented sector. It is expected to reach practical completion in Q4 2020.
Birmingham-based Urban Village Capital is led by CEO Nick Sellman, COO Kevin Sharkey and construction director Jamie Sellman.
