Property marketing agency, Art Division, is celebrating 20 years in business and 12 years working in the property sector.
The business, which was launched in 2001 by landlord, investor and property makeover show addict, Nelly Berova, has helped numerous agents navigate technological developments over the years and most notably, adopt more digital practices since the start of the pandemic.
During this time, the team at Art Division didn’t lose a single property client, instead seeing a massive increase in customer revenue and a jump in website traffic and new enquiries.
Nelly commented: “The pandemic has shown that even after 20 years, when you have an established business with a good track record, you can still see change as an opportunity.
“Digital marketing moves quickly, so my advice to agents is keep up with the trends and don’t be afraid to try new things – not in a gimmicky way but with an awareness of who your customers will be five or ten years from now,” she added.
