Newcastle-based proptech firm, Iamproperty, continues to grow at pace, reaching a 250-strong staff milestone after increasing the workforce by 40 per cent in 12 months.
The rapid expansion has been attributed to an increase in online property auction popularity as well as the positive reaction to the launch of Iamproperty Movebutler.
Since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, the company has been operating a hybrid working model which has allowed accelerated growth across the UK, as well as within their head office.
Recent key appointments include Kelly Stillman from Dorset who is now Iamproperty’s Head of Operations and Georgia Hale from Ireland who has been appointed as Customer Onboarding Specialist. Locally, James Lambert from the North East is now in post as Senior Software Developer.
Ben Ridgway, Iamproperty’s Group Managing Director, said: “Working right across the UK allows us to attract top talent, which means our agents and consumers get the best solutions and the best service. Just like we flexed our business during lockdown to support agents to operate remotely, we’re doing so internally with our hybrid working policy. Our people and creating the best working environment and culture is always going to be our biggest focus and we’re working hard to keep this a priority, regardless of where our colleagues work from.”
Alongside tech, marketing and business development roles, the organisation is recruiting nationwide for its sales training programme for Associate Auction Specialists to support the growth of its auction services offering Iamsold.
