The Guild of Property Professionals has revealed that 40 of its member offices have been short-listed for awards in this year’s The Negotiator Awards.

This gala Negotiator awards event, which is taking place on the evening of the 26th November at the Grosvenor House hotel in London, is taking place after a year-long pause during the pandemic. The awards are judged by 21 key industry figures and leading property market experts, with the 33 category shortlist announced on the 28th September.

“Despite the challenges the industry has faced as a result of the pandemic, property professionals have risen to the challenges they have encountered, adapted to the situation and thrived.

The property sector has helped thousands of people and kept them moving, despite the numerous trials that have come about over the past year.”
