Auctions and property services group Iamproperty has announced new offerings for estate agents as part of its ‘ecosystem’ package.

The company told The Neg it plans to invest significantly in a services that include a new surveys module, an enhanced compliance facility and a property index.

Starting as an online auctions specialist called iamsold in 2009, the firm has more recently branched out into property services.

Last year it acquired SDL Property Auctions’ portfolio of estate agent clients who use the SDL online Modern Method of Auction (MMoA) service.

It also launched its Movebutler service in spring 2021, an end-to-end onboarding and sales progression platform.

Hybrid firm

Ben Ridgway, co-founder and MD, (on right, main picture) says: “We want to create a single pane of glass that gives agents a view of what we do. We are announcing a significant investment in building out that ecosystem.

“We see ourselves as a hybrid between a traditional service provider and a tech provider. It  is about how we utilise our services in a package.”

He says the company is also developing a prospecting platform, and its surveys module will help agents to generate more revenue.

A compliance service will help agents with the requirements of complying with the Part C trading standards rules.

Fellow co-founder and MD Jamie Cooke (on left, main picture) is leading on the launch of a property index next month, which will be published quarterly.

A new ‘consumer-facing’ auctions website was also being planned, Cooke says.
