Is it just me, or have people lost the ability to find out anything for themselves?
It seems that unless everything is available on a tiny screen in front of them, people feel that they have been poorly treated and deserve more?
Years ago, viewers would drive past a property and, if they didn’t like something about it e.g. the pylon in the back garden, they didn’t view. Nowadays they don’t drive past, they make an appointment and expect the agent to have told them everything.

This article is either inaccurate or Nigel Lewis has some inside information that hasn’t hit the market yet!!
OTM reported having 12,500 branches in their investor report just six months ago and, I would imagine this has grown since.
Boomin announced c5000 at launch and have undoubtedly grown further since – perhaps 6000 at the time of writing.
There is, of course, a huge difference between 6000 and 12500+ and important to set the record straight.
-
Thanks Mike – yes indeed 12,500 is correct!
-
Hi Nigel – obviously an important detail. Well done and thank you on on amending. Hope you are well.

It’s not an England Flag. I could have sworn that the Union Jack represented England, Wales, Scotland and N Ireland. I would hope that the Welsh members of Team GB are happy to raise that flag during events, or am I missing something here? Every day’s a school day and I’m happy to learn something new.
-
It’s a shame these boards have been received in this way. Perhaps more context up front would have helped, however, I see no issue with them. The flag is the flag of the Union, and it is the British Olympic team.
-
If a letting agent wants to do business in Scotland, they wouldn’t dream of putting up any flag other than the Scottish flag !
I’m a great Unionist, but also that as England has its flag, so does Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
