Another ‘Vouch’ for Goodlord

The Negotiator

Link to proptech newsTenant referencing solutions provider, Vouch, and lettings platform, Goodlord, have fully integrated their technology meaning customers can benefit from a pooled range of lettings software and services designed to maximise choice.

The integration means that users of the Goodlord platform can now access Vouch’s fixed-cost digital referencing solution, saving agents time without the need for outsourcing. Vouch is now also able to provide Goodlord customers access to new commission-based revenue streams, such as their home move assistant; a portal designed to ease the transition of home services for tenants.

In turn, agents currently benefiting from Vouch’s tenant referencing services can benefit from all Goodlord features, including its award-winning Rent Protection and Legal Expenses Insurance to their landlords.

William Reeve, CEO at Goodlord, said, “This integration was driven by the desire to offer agents more flexibility and choice when it comes to their referencing strategy. Vouch’s £5 offering is very popular, and now both Vouch and Goodlord customers can benefit from models such as this, alongside our tenancy and insurance services. “It brings more options to the table; agents can select the right combination of features for them and enables everyone to bring together the lowest prices with the best end-to-end experience.”
