Aston Chase: £15m sales success at first airspace scheme

The collection of four luxury penthouses at an airspace development scheme, Belsize Park, is now all sold, testament to high demand for new-build homes of this calibre, says the sales agent Aston Chase.

Kings College Court is the first airspace development scheme in Belsize Park, with the quartet of homes achieving £15 million of sales in deals led by joint-sole agents Aston Chase and Savills.

Kings College Court is a residential building originally built in 1969 that has undergone a complete transformation by developer Pirton Ltd., with a collection of four penthouses constructed as two new floors on top of the existing building using airspace rights. Offering exceptional views across Primrose Hill and London, the penthouse collection offers a premium lifestyle for residents. Prices started from £2.85 million.

The high quality penthouses have fantastic views. It is no surprise that this scheme has proved so popular.

Pirton Ltd. an experienced airspace developer, in the transformation of airspace above existing residential buildings. The existing building at Kings College Court has been completely revamped, each apartment has a new private balcony, as well as landscaped communal gardens, upgraded communal areas including a new entrance foyer and the entire building has been reclad.

Simon Deen, Director of New Homes at Aston Chase, added, “Kings College Court is an exceptional scheme in Belsize Park and a true success as the area’s first airspace development. The penthouse collection offers high-quality homes with fantastic views and it is no surprise that this scheme has proven so popular with buyers.
