A London agency, Aston Chase has appointed Howard Kayman and Simon Rosenblatt as Associate Directors.
Howard has worked at Aston Chase for 22 years in House Sales and Simon for 12 years in Flats Sales. He is renowned for his negotiating skills and as a charity fundraiser – in 2010 he set a Guinness World Record for solo 24-hour endurance karting, raising £30,000 for Help for Heroes.
Simon joined Aston Chase in 2007; he has handled sales worth £800M and is regarded as a personable, tenacious broker.
