Auction House adds date
Auction House London is holding an additional property sale on Wednesday 3rd March after an impressive start to 2021. More than eight out of every 10 lots listed were sold in its first auction of the year on 10th February with almost £17.8m raised in sales.
Director and Auctioneer, Andrew Binstock, said, “It’s a great start to 2021 and the market at the moment is clearly strong.” He said the Stamp Duty deadline has boosted demand.
