

The Negotiator Awards is proud to introduce The Negotiator Customer Service Awards 2025.
The Negotiator Awards is recognising estate and letting agency branches for their outstanding customer service record, an increasingly vital and important gauge for consumers to select agents.
This national recognition will be celebrated at The Negotiator Awards this year, taking place at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London on 28th November.
The Negotiator Customer Service Awards is powered by View Agents, the platform which aggregates customer review scores from Google, Trustpilot, Feefo, Facebook, Apple and Yell and also measures review sentiment, producing a score which reflects a blend of customer feedback and ratings.
It is unique in the industry and covers almost the entire agency market.
The results are ranked by Region and each year the top 10 branches from each Region of the UK will be revealed as a Shortlist, with all receiving accolades and the best in each region, awarded the trophy as Regional Champion.
All 12 Gold regional champions will be presented with trophies at the Awards ceremony in front of an audience of 1000 of the UK’s top agents and industry leaders. And from these, one overall National Champion will be awarded a special trophy and recognition as the UK’s best agency branch for customer service.
The success of branches on the Shortlist will be publicised through The Negotiator, which has an annual online audience of over a 1.5 million users.
As with The Negotiator Awards, there are no charges or subscriptions to be nominated, nor for the use of success badges or trophies – it is a truly open and inclusive awards programme, for the benefit of the UK’s estate and letting agents and free of commercial ties.
