The judging took place on 4th September 2019 at the Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall, London where the Shortlist was decided by a panel of judges<\/a> and observers from The Negotiator.<\/p>\n The three finalists and winners of each category were revealed at a grand gala dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London on 29th November 2019. In addition to Gold, Silver and Bronze winners, there were also Highly Commended accolades in the larger categories.
