\nA year has passed since we won the title of Lettings Agency of the Year<\/strong> (12+ branches) at the Negotiator Awards \u2013 and what a year it has been!<\/strong><\/p>\n

We\u2019ve expanded into east London and Essex and grown our team significantly, launched a new Airbnb Management Service<\/strong><\/a>, Portico Host, and expanded our Handyman Services<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

What impact did the Negotiator Award win have?<\/h4>\n

The publicity and exposure from the Awards has also been fantastic for brand awareness and spreading the word about our unique lettings packages. In fact, our brand spontaneous awareness has increased significantly and we have welcomed a whopping 400,000 unique visitors to our website – clearly the Portico word is spreading!<\/p>\n

On top of this, valuations have increased across the board – so it\u2019s been a really great year for the business.<\/p>\n

We will once again be entering and hoping to defend our Lettings Agency of the Year title – wish us luck!
