Taking on only 20 properties at a time, Cherylle and her team know their portfolio inside out. Our decision to enter the Negotiator Awards was based on its relevance to the industry; so often, award wins can feel a bit meaningless, but this was judged by those who know our industry and therefore winning gave us a real sense of achievement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think a lot of the value has been in confidence \u2013 both for us and for our clients. We cater to a specific audience, and I think the New Agency of the Year award lifted our already good profile to give some real evidence that we can do what we say we will, and we feel that kind of reassurance is always important for a new business.<\/p>\n<p>For us, award wins aren\u2019t so much about the accolades, and stacking up a great number of wins \u2013 in fact, we are very selective in terms of the awards we enter \u2013 but it helps when the industry keeps you on track, it makes you stay ahead of the game. We might not be on Rightmove but it\u2019s not about the number of portals you\u2019re on, it\u2019s about how good you are and the rapport you build with your customers.
