Working on the aim of retaining their customers for life, steady growth over the years has led to them becoming the largest independent estate agency in the area. Last year, they took the decision to enter The Negotiator Awards and managed to scoop an impressive three Gold Awards!<\/p>\n
The Negotiator Awards is one of the most prestigious awarding bodies for the UK residential estate and lettings agents industry. Bradleys entered for three categories: South West Agency of the Year, Large Lettings Agency of the Year and Large Estate Agency of the Year, hoping to show that a large agency can still provide personalised, customer-focused service. They felt it was the right time in their journey to win a Negotiator Award\u2026 and they won three!<\/p>\n

\u201cOne of the main reasons we decided to enter the Negotiator Awards was the fact that it\u2019s free\u2026 it\u2019s accessible for everyone, you\u2019re not paying for a result, and it shows an openness and impartiality which is reassuring for us and also the public. I think that our customers see credibility and value in a Negotiator win, which is what drew our attention in the first place.<\/p>\n
It was great to win three awards \u2013 trying to market all of them was a very nice problem to have! We have used it as both internal and external promotion; of course, it reassures the public that you\u2019re at the top of your game, and accentuates any other success you\u2019ve had, but it is also really valuable for staff. This is to thank the staff, and it is their reward for all of their hard work! We want to show that we appreciate them.<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve no doubt that we\u2019ve secured additional business from the three Negotiator Award wins\u2026 we\u2019ve definitely gained from it. Particularly when the market is getting tougher, these awards help to combat them \u2013 they provide re-assurance for our clients.\u201d<\/p>\n
