Howard Cundey is an independent estate agent with an extensive network, with offices across Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London. Hoping this unique approach to business was award-winning, they entered The Negotiator Awards 2017, winning a Gold Award for Innovator of the Year.<\/p>\n

The Negotiator Awards is one of the most prestigious awarding bodies for the UK residential estate and lettings agents industry. Howard Cundey hoped that their personalised approach to business models was enough to make them stand out from the competition \u2013 and it was!<\/p>\n
