Launched in 2009 by Ben Ridgway and Jamie Cooke, IAM Sold had ambitious beginnings. This drive to succeed paid off \u2013 between September 2011 and 2012, IAM Sold doubled the number of sales they had made, and by May 2013, 500 Estate Agency branches were offering their services.<\/p>\n<p>Fast forward to December 2016, and IAM Sold reached a key milestone with \u00a31,000,000,000+ Capital Value Raised. Since then, their impressive growth has continued \u2013 they had a great breaking first quarter to this year, with 854 lots sold and \u00a396m total capital raised.
