Beer, buggies, yachts and infinity pools. Is the best estate agency bash ever?

Some top-performing estate agency employees get a slap-up meal as a prize or even maybe a romantic staycation away with their partner if they’re lucky. Or perhaps just a pat on the back.

But half a dozen of the estate agency stars and mortgage brokers from Sean Newman’s group of property firms have been treated to an unusually lavish reward for their efforts.

Newman has today returned from Dubai after taking this year’s high fliers at his firms on a five-day holiday to the Middle Eastern playground including time spent on dune buggies, jet skis, a luxury 56ft yacht trip around the palm, beach clubs, golf and a morning at the world’s highest 360-degree infinity pool, the Aura Sky pool.

Sean added: “I know how hard they work, so it was great to give everyone a well-deserved break and say a big thank you for their efforts.”

“We will be having another trip next year which is open to everyone in the company, so I am sure this will inspire others and I look forward to taking an even bigger group to Dubai next year.”

Newman set up his eponymous agency in 1988 and now concentrates on recruitment, but also runs the Fine & Country operation in the Midlands as well as holding a Mortgage Advice Bureau franchise.
