Purplebricks has announced its news senior sales management team line-up following the sudden departure of boss Chris Beckwith (pictured, below).
He left his position as Chief Sales Officer at the hybrid estate agency on Friday which the company has confirmed was for ‘personal reasons’.
“He has decided he can’t give the role the focus it requires – and we fully support his decision and wish him all the best for the future. We will be working with our Divisional Sales Directors to ensure continuity of leadership across our field operations,” a statement from Purplebricks says.
To fill the void, Purplebricks has told The Negotiator that: “Tom Greenacre has been appointed as Interim MD Sales for the South and Kris Dykes is the Interim MD Sales for the North.”
“Both Greenacre and Dykes will be reporting directly to CEO Vic Darvey.”
Greenacre joined Purplebricks in June 2016 as a regional director after a five-year stretch at Spicerhaart, returned to Haart in September 2020 but was then lured back to the hybrid agency a few months later.
Kris Dykes is a more recent arrival at Purplebricks. He left Reeds Rains in May 2019 to join Purplebricks as a Regional Director.
