The Guildford team at Bruton Knowles, has welcomed two new Surveyors, a Land Rights Officer and Graduate Surveyor.

The new hires reflect the current level of business coming into the office. The appointments will further strengthen Bruton Knowles delivery in the region, bringing experience and new insights in order to offer our clients the very best.”
Guy Peters, Surveyor, joins from Hargreaves Newberry Gyngell in London and specialises in residential leasehold reform and valuation.
Antony Rapley, Senior Surveyor is a Senior Surveyor with over 14 years of commercial experience gained within the private and public sectors.
Jamie Rothery, Land Rights Officer has recently finished a law degree at University of Surrey, which has prepared him for his new role.
Ben Kirby, Graduate Surveyor, joins from GL Hearn where was a Surveyor. A graduate of University of Portsmouth, Ben’s role at Bruton Knowles includes assisting colleagues to undertake valuations and development / viability appraisals for a wide range of clients ranging from the financial sector to local authorities. Ben is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
