Carter Jonas has made three senior appointments to its team. Simon Scott joins as an Associate Partner Knightsbridge from Savills, Bromley, where he was Head of Sales. Prior to that, he spent 14 years at Hamptons International.
James Mashiter will head the London New Homes division. James joins from CBRE, where he was a Residential Development Senior Surveyor for four years; prior to that, he worked for EA Shaw. James is responsible for defining the New Homes strategy for Carter Jonas in London. Working across the practice, James will focus initially on London’s outer boroughs.
Lajla Turner has been appointed Head of Lettings in Carter Jonas’s Kensington & Chelsea office. With 20 years’ experience in Prime Central London, Lajla has unrivalled experience. Prior to joining Carter Jonas, Lajla was as Associate Director at Bodens Residential.
