Carter Jonas graduate success

Carter Jonas imageCarter Jonas, the national property consultancy, is celebrating the success of thirteen of its graduates from across its UK office network for having passed their APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) exams and becoming chartered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

The successful graduates are: Emma Cowlrick and Thomas Parker, in Commercial, Bath; Kimmy Au, Commercial, Chapel Place; Olivia Holt, Planning & Development, Chapel Place; Samuel Turner, Commercial, Cambridge; Sebastian Denby, Commercial, Cambridge; Steven Foreman, Residential, Cambridge; Victoria Walton, Rural, Harrogate; Steven Soper, Commercial, Leeds; George Densham, Residential, Oxford; Robbie Gibbons, Commercial, Oxford; Poppy Wilcox, Rural, Wells and Henry Liddiard, Rural, Winchester.

Mark Granger, Chief Executive, said, “The successful completion of the APC is a key milestone in the careers of our graduates, one which demonstrates their commitment and dedication to the profession as well as their expertise and competence.

“Assessment for the APC is notoriously challenging and it is a testament to the training and support that we invest in our graduates that we have achieved a 92 per cent pass rate this year, significantly higher than the RICS average.”
