Carter Jonas has been instructed as sole agent on Crescent Gardens – the landmark heritage conversion of the former Harrogate Town Hall, in the heart of Yorkshire’s golden property triangle. Since launching, 60 per cent of units have been reserved off-plan.
Developed by the Adam Thorpe Property Group, Crescent Gardens has a gross development value (GDV) of £70million.
The homes are complemented by private amenities including a spa and wellness centre with a gym, treatment room, snow chamber and hydrotherapy, 24/7 room service, 43 members of staff, basement garages and a town car. In addition, Crescent Gardens will have an art gallery and a new restaurant, open to the public.
Tim Macpherson, Head of Residential, Carter Jonas Mayfair, said, “We are delighted to be working with Adam and his team on this project and, with 60 per cent of homes now reserved, the appetite for Crescent Gardens is pronounced. “We have also found that buyers are embracing the ability to adapt their floorplates, and we have had two instances in which buyers have amalgamated the outline of two apartments to create the ultimate lateral property.
Starting prices at Crescent Gardens are £2.5m for a 1,800 sq ft, two-bed residence.
