Founder and MD at Castles Residential Sales & Lettings in Swindon, Mark Noble, is celebrating 31 years working in estate agency and the 16th anniversary of Castles’ establishment. He said, “We’ve seen strong growth in the past few years and taken on several new employees. It’s great to have been working in this exciting industry for the past 31 years. I’ve seen a lot and managed to work through the financial crash and other challenges, to emerge even stronger. Estate agency is an ever-changing industry and we need to celebrate all our strengths.”

The two directors work hard to support charitable causes, which include SMASH Youth Project, the Wiltshire Air Ambulance and JDRF, the Type 1 Diabetes charity. Some local sporting events and activities that have benefited from Castles’ sponsorship and support include Croft Junior Football Club under 15’s Red team, which was supported throughout the 2016/7 season.
