Despite Brexit and the resulting downward business trends across some sectors, Swindon-based Castles Residential Sales & Lettings continues to thrive despite the stormy economic climate.

“We are all having to face the consequences of the 2016 referendum: our departure from the EU, the never-ending media noise around what is going to happen, what is not going to happen, and who said what to who. But life still goes on!” said Mark Noble, Castle’s Managing Director.

People are still being promoted and able to either buy their first home, or take the next step up the property ladder. People are progressing their careers by taking up new positions and are moving out of, or into, the local area. Other people are adding to their families and want a larger house, whilst others are downsizing as their children leave the nest.

“The housing market is constantly moving to accommodate ‘life going on’. Castles play a key role in making sure that our customers, buying or selling, looking for tenants, or finding a rental property it all goes as smoothly as possible,” said Mark Noble.

Castles’ listing team now consists of three highly experienced, extremely professional agents who each manage their own part of Swindon, ensuring that clients benefit from a property expert with real local knowledge. The listers are supported by the Branch Manager, the sales team and a dedicated in house sales progressor.

“We are all about delivering exceptional client service,” said Mark Noble. “We have a customer experience rating of 4.9*/5* from Feefo, which delivers a totally independent review.

Castles’ ratings on Feefo:

Alisa Myfanwy Barker said, I would highly recommend Castles Estate Agents for their efficient and friendly service. They managed to find me two ideal properties within a couple of weeks. They organised all the transactions in the purchase or the two properties and now they are looking after them for me. They are a small company with good local knowledge.

Mr & Mrs Brown, said, wrote “Quite simply they have been outstanding and I thank the management team and staff for their professional skills and knowledge in executing my instruction.”
