Catfest event launched by Julian O’Dell

Catfest fundraiser music festival imageEstate agency trainer and Negotiator columnist Julian O’Dell and his wife Cat are hosting their third annual fundraiser music festival “Catfest.”

They raised £31,272 at the 2016 event for Macmillan – over three times the target and were superbly supported by industry sponsors including Rightmove, Land & New Homes Network, Beasley & Partners, Reapit, Knightsbridge Estate Agents, Moneypenny and of course ourselves here at The Negotiator.

The charity is Action Against Cancer, an organisation with which Cat’s oncologist, Professor Justin Stebbing is involved. He has treated Cat and she is now in remission.

Julian says, “Catfest 2016 could not have happened without the support of some fantastic folk in the estate agency industry who have sponsored or made donations of auction lots or raffle prizes. Plenty of property people attended too and had a great time. Any support is very much appreciated as we seek to beat last year’s amazing total.” julianodell@live.co.uk
