A limited number of tickets are still available for this year’s Propertymark Qualifications Awards taking place at the London Stadium in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Friday 1 December 2023.
Olympian Roger Black MBE will appear at the awards ceremony at the London Stadium (main picture) with awards being presented by TV’s Phil Spencer, also founder of Move iQ.
Black will take to the stage to share lessons learnt throughout his incredible career.
Indeed, having achieved his lifelong dream of standing on the Olympic rostrum in Atlanta in 1996, as one of the country’s most successful sportsmen, he knows what it takes to become a champion. He will be sharing his approach to developing a winning mindset by applying his ‘Five Fundamentals’ for success.
The Awards are an annual celebration of lifelong learning and recognises learners and apprentices, employers and agencies who support professional development and the achievement of Propertymark Qualifications.
And 11 special awards are also up for grabs on the day – six as a result of nominations and five recognising academic excellence, all judged by an independent panel of industry experts and practitioners.
Michael Smith, Head of Qualifications at Propertymark, says: “With such an acclaimed guests as Phil Spencer and Roger Black I’m really looking forward to welcoming learners and their guests to this year’s ceremony.
“Everyone who has worked tirelessly to achieve their ambitions and gain their certificates with Propertymark Qualifications should be rightly very proud and it’s time celebrate all that hard work and have their moment in the spotlight.”
Last year’s Propertymark Qualifications Awards 2022 took place at the British Museum. At the time host Phil Spencer told The Neg: “I think this has been a terrific celebration of learning and apprenticeships; people committed to their careers, getting qualified and proving to both their business employers or employees as well as clients that they can do the job properly.”
