Leading independent estate agency Chancellors has signed up to list with Zoopla for another five years, just a few months after it became a ‘founding agent’ with rival property portal Boomin.
The 56-branch Home Counties agency will now list with Zoopla until at least December 2026 after its lead volumes increased by 65% from the portal.
In October last year Chancellors was one of the agents to sign up with Boomin, saying at the time: “We are excited to be working alongside the founders on their new venture and can’t wait to see what Boomin have in store for the industry”.
The estate agency is also now listing with at least six property portals including OTM, Zoopla, Boomin, Rightmove, OneDome and MoveStreets.
Zoopla says its new partnership with Chancellors will focus on developing products and services to support the agency in achieving its strategic objectives.
“As a longstanding advertising partner of Zoopla’s we are delighted to extend our agreements with Zoopla and provide a platform for product, data and service development by harnessing their innovation and our own technology stack which has been developed in house,” says Robert Scott-Lee, Managing Director at Chancellors.
“Throughout 2022 and beyond we look forward to leveraging this relationship to provide unique value to our customers, clients and teams as we push for market leading business levels across our network.”
Zoopla’s Chief Commercial Officer Andy Marshall said: “With a heritage spanning over 200 years and extensive presence, we’re delighted that Chancellors has chosen to partner with Zoopla for another five years.”
