Cheffins has appointed Clement Lam as Property Manager in the Cambridge-based team after 20 years in the property industry. Before Cheffins, he worked for Colliers Jardine in Hong Kong for over five years and for Barfoot and Thompson in New Zealand for nine years.
Led by Philip Woolner and Simon Lewis, Cheffins’ Commercial Property team has gone from strength to strength with a number of significant projects in the past year, including the acquisition of Cambridge-based property consultancy, Dodson Jones.
Simon Lewis, Director of Cheffins Commercial Property department comments, “Clement has over 20 years of experience in property management in terms of commercial, industrial and residential assets and brings with him a wealth of different skills. Having previously worked overseas, Clement will be able to bring a new perspective to the role and will be a great benefit to the existing team.”
