Chestertons strengthens Short Lets offering

Following a substantial increase in demand for short term stays, Chestertons has strengthened its Short Lets division, appointing Elliott Tooley as Head of Short Lets and Sammie Steepe as an Associate.

Link to news of Who Goes WhereElliott cut his teeth at Foxtons, joining their corporate services team in 2011. He moved to Hamptons International and became a top negotiator, driving innovation. In 2013, Elliott presented business plans and a strategy that delivered a significant increase in revenue and properties for short term lets.

Elliott says, “I’m delighted to be at Chestertons. I’m particularly excited about developing the technology in short lets to increase our customer service capabilities.”

Link to news of Who Goes WhereSammie has 10 years’ experience in short lets and joins from Foxtons, where she set up an Airbnb short stay service. Before, Sammie, ran the short lets department for an independent, building the largest short lets portfolio in Oxford and the largest listings on Airbnb in South West England.

Sammie said, “I’m looking forward to working with Chestertons’ network to streamline the short let process and drive the company’s short let business.”

Richard Davies, Head of Lettings, adds, “I am delighted to have Elliott and Sammie on board to strengthen and drive the short let business across the Chestertons letting network. Their experience is a big asset.”
