Movers & shakers

L to R: Joseph Hall and Alan Williams

As Roger Hayward announces his retirement from Fenn Wright, two internal promotions are made to fill his shoes.

Alan Williams, who has been Managing Partner at the firm for 16 years, steps up to Senior Partner to make way for former Head of Residential Lettings, Joseph Hall, to take on his role.

Joseph said: “Becoming Managing Partner of a firm with a 250-year history is an honour. However, we are very much a modern, forward-thinking business and I look forward to developing our growth strategy to take Fenn Wright to the next stage of its evolution.”

Alan added, “This transition of roles has been planned for a couple of years now and I am delighted that, in Joe, we have a Managing Partner well equipped to handle the challenges and opportunities of the technological revolution. I look forward to focusing on developing our residential agency division further, working closely with Joe on the future of this amazing business.”

Roger Hayward will continue to act as a consultant for the independent partnership.
