Clive Emson’s pre-Christmas auction has some notable properties listed.

1 Tregarne Chapel (above) and its Sunday school in St Austell, Cornwall, is guided freehold at £135-175,000; it has planning permission for 10 residential units.

2 A five-storey former flour mill Kimmins Mill (below), in Stroud is guided freehold at £100-125,000.

They are among 131 lots for the 16th December sale, covering southern England from Essex to Cornwall. James Emson, MD said, “Our latest catalogue has a diverse range of lots to suit budgets large and small. The stamp duty holiday has also whetted appetites.”
