Grant Property’s new players

Grant Property imageGrant Property, a Scottish residential investment and management company, has appointed former Scotland cricket captain Preston Mommsen and Young Banker of the Year 2016 finalist Nicole Perry to its growing team.

After representing Scotland in international cricket for six years, Preston left competitive sport and joined the company as a Property Buyer for Edinburgh.

Preston will work in the buying team to acquire prime residential properties on behalf of investors. He said, “I have a passion in property and invested personally when I played cricket. My experience with Black and Veatch gave me a strong grounding in the skills and commercial awareness required and after being introduced to co-founder Colette Grant I was offered a job; an opportunity I grabbed with both hands.”

Nicole Perry joins as Associate Director of Investment and will focus on developing Grant Property’s growth strategy. A finalist in last year’s Young Banker of the Year, Nicole was previously with Tesco Bank in the graduate scheme and became International Commercial Development Manager.

Nicole said, “My role will focus on driving UK and international growth, specifically through the development of high-earning portfolios for the company’s high and ultra-high net worth investor network. Wealth management has been a long-term career goal and I am looking forward to working with the team and to increase Grant Property’s client base in the Far and Middle East.”

John Moran, Managing Director, said, “We pride ourselves in offering clients and investors the very best experience. To do this we have a team of skilled professionals whose expertise is crucial to our business. Both Preston and Nicole are fantastic additions to our expanding team and will help us continue to deliver excellent customer service and company growth both domestically and abroad.”
