Exactly,
How can they propose someone live in a house rent free?
Like u say, normal workers theirselves can lose their house that they may have carried on providing homes for tenants for years to come. After all this, they undoubtedly sell & that home could be lost for future tenants, most certainly not for benefit tenants any more.Let…[Read more]

Lets punish all Landlords & tenants with good houses to get back at the minority bad Landlords. So the good tenants that din’t have a problem now have to pay more, & their good Landlords pack up. Shelter really aren’t helping with comments like this. They want to register all Landlords? Well they’ve done that in Nottingham with Licensing, the bad…[Read more]

As Friendly says, How hard was it when they allowed Landlords to charge extra £200 deposit for pet. No damage, full deposit back. Tenant a winner.
As we know, Govt din’t like that simple thing where everyone won. We told Govt this would happen & here we are. Landlords till ain’t gonna take if they don’t want, they got a queue of people to choose…[Read more] -

U say it perfectly Ryck.
Shelter should be working with us cause they know why we not taking HB UC any more & it very often ain’t the people, it’s the UC DWP system that Neil Couling won’t change so Landlords can be talked to.
The fraud is massive now they not asking Landlords for proof. -

Gonna come back to bite the Govt this is in a year or two. As more Landlords pack up, less supply. Remaining Landlords put their rent up-Well, just cause they can.
And the thousands of tenants that can’t get accommodation any more, Govt and Councils will pick up the bill. I suppose us Landlords will get the blame for that too. -
