Our live-streamed national property auctions see over 200 properties go up for sale each month, from all across the UK. Thousands of people register to bid remotely and thousands more tuning in to watch the event live. Successful bidders will often exchange contracts immediately and pay a non-refundable deposit securing the sale.

Timed Auctions

We list hundreds of properties for sale online each month, with bidding open 24/7 and run for a timescale to suit the seller. At the end of the auction, the buyer will be committed to purchase to their purchase by paying a non-refundable reservation fee or deposit, depending on the type of sale.

Buy It Now sales

Properties in a Buy It Now sale are exactly that – available to buy now. This gives sellers the peace of mind of listing for a fixed price, with all of the security and speed of an auction sale. Bidders click to purchase with a reservation agreement or exchange of contracts which will secure the sale.
