Q: Can I attend both the Conference and the Awards?
A: Yes you can. There is two and half hours between the Conference finishing and the Awards beginning, which gives you time to change for the evening. A ticket for the Awards offers a discount on a delegate ticket to the Conference. You must register your attendance at the Conference is you have an Awards ticket. Q: Do I need to buy a ticket in advance?
A: Yes you do. You can buy a ticket by clicking on the Booking tab in the menu bar. Joint Conference & Awards tickets are available as are Conference-only tickets.
Q: I only want to come to the Expo. Do I still need to buy a ticket?
A: Yes you do, the Expo is part of the Conference and everything is in the one venue.
Q: What is the dress code for the Conference?
A: This is a professional business event; the dress code is smart business/lounge suit.
Q: What is the address and how do I get there?
A: The address is The Grosvenor House Hotel, 86-90, Park Lane, London W1K 7TN. Enter by the Great Room entrance on Park Lane. You can get there by London Underground, nearest stations are Marble Arch on the Central Line, Hyde Park Corner, on the Piccadilly Line. Nearest mainline station is London Victoria and is a ten-minute cab ride.
Parking is available in public car parks in Park Lane.
Q: What time does the Conference start?
A: Registration opens at 9.00am and is open all day until 3pm. You can view the Expo from then until the sessions start. Tea and coffee and a light breakfast is served from 9.00am. The Conference sessions start at 10.00am.
Q: Are there breaks between presentations?
A: Yes there are; two coffee/tea breaks and a lunch break. It will be detailed in the programme which will be given to you on arrival.
Q: Is food and drink included in the ticket price?
A: Yes, from morning coffee/tea, through an excellent lunch with complimentary wine and afternoon tea, everything is included in your ticket price. A hot lunch and vegetarian options are provided. Other special dietary requirements, such as gluten-free or kosher, are not available.
Q: What time does the Conference close?
A: The last presentation will finish at approximately 5.00pm.

Q: Will I be told in advance if I have won an award?
A: No, this is revealed during the Awards ceremony.
Q: What time does The Negotiator Awards start?
A: The drinks reception starts at 6.45pm and you will need to move through to your table in the Great Room for The Negotiator Awards Event at 7.30pm for dinner. The actual Awards ceremony, hosted by a top celebrity, begins at around 8.45pm and takes just over an hour. There is an afterparty following the awards with a bar, live entertainment and dancing until 2.00am.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: The Negotiator Awards is strictly ‘Black Tie’. Gentlemen should wear Dinner Suits and Ladies should wear cocktail dress or long evening wear, gowns or suits. Glamour is the key, so it’s a great opportunity to look fabulous! Those not adhering to the dress code may be refused entry to the event.
Q: Can I bring a colleague/partner/friend with me?
A: You may of course – provided that you have bought a ticket for them. You cannot buy tickets on the night.
Q: Are children allowed to come?
A: The venue does not allow under 18s.
Q: How do I know where I am sitting?
A: There will be a table plan at the entrance to the Great Room where The Negotiator Awards takes place. A host will show you where it is. Your name and table number will be on there.
Q: I have special dietary requirements. Can I have a special meal?
A: You need to discuss this with our events team before the event, so please call 0844 745 3104. You cannot order this on the night. You can do this via the Awards website by logging into your account. You will see dietary requirements in the booking section under each Guest personal details. Q: Are there any extra costs for the evening?
A: Your ticket includes the Reception drinks, your table place and the 3 course Awards dinner.
Q. How do I order drinks for the table in advance?
All drinks during and after the dinner are not included in your ticket. Your dinner drinks can be ordered in advance by calling our events team on 0844 745 3104 or emailing [email protected].
You will be sent a drinks menu/price list and a booking form for you to send to Grosvenor House. Your drinks will be on your table when you sit down for dinner. You can order more drinks during the event, from the wine waiters and it will be charged to your credit card.
