The lettings sector has changed beyond recognition in the last three to four years.

It is not so much evolution as revolution as financial, regulatory and legislative changes transforms the way lettings are delivered. The market, which now comprises 20% of all UK homes, has outgrown the existing regulations and will experience more change in the next two years than the last 30 and this offers provides entrepreneurial agents a great opportunity.

The lettings sector has changed beyond recognition in the last three to four years. It is not so much evolution as revolution as financial, regulatory and legislative changes transforms the way lettings are delivered. The market, which now comprises 20% of all UK homes must change and this offers entrepreneurial agents a great opportunity.

As technological innovations end the need for High Street offices, new online systems offer a more efficient, 24-hour service straight to users’ phones and the opportunity to create stronger relationships between landlords, tenants and agencies.

This technology must be paired with great customer service and the need for the best people delivering face-to-face contact across the country remains. Change is coming but it is good change which will improve our businesses and make them stronger in the long term.

At this seminar John Alexander of Apropos will explain how Apropos will change the way in which letting is delivered through an innovative, bespoke online platform allowing all parties 24 hour access to communications creating greater transparency and consistency attracting happier long term tenants, a more stable financial future for our business partners, and ultimately resulting in more profitable confident landlords.

We understand the frustrations of both landlords and tenants and have developed Apropos to address them head on because we believe both deserve better.
