Jon has over 35 years’ experience working across the property industry on a local, national, and international level. He founded www.fineandcountry.com  a premium brand in estate agency. Alongside the Guild of Property Professionals Jon evolved the business into a licence-based reoccurring revenue model, supplying marketing and technology services to a worldwide network of Premium property professionals.

Jon was instrumental in formulating and successfully delivering LSL Plc M&A strategy, as part of an M&A vehicle LSLi, providing growth and exit routes for UK independent lettings and estate agents.

Jon’s current principal role is Executive Director at Nurtur.Tech providing data and marketing services to a wide range of international estate agency businesses. Under Jon’s leadership Nurtur has successfully acquired Starberry, Property Jungle and LeadPro delivering on a strategy of growth by M&A in the Proptech and data services space.

Jon is also a Non-Exec Director on industry consolidator The Lomond Group, and previously a Non-Exec Director with online auction business IAM Property.

A keen runner Jon completed 5 marathons in 5 days earlier this year celebrating reaching the Fine and Country foundations one million pounds fundraising target. He is a trustee of the charity raising money to fight homelessness.
