The division is made up of three teams, Profession Risk, Real Estate and Construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Insurance forms a critical part of running a property professionals business and having a trusted insurance partner who grasps the attention to detail is integral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">We have been at the forefront of property insurance for many years. Understanding a risk profile means understanding the business model, structure, systems, controls, procedures, operations, aspirations and this is key to us providing a service proposition that meets the needs of our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Our experience has allowed us to identify the changing landscape of the property sector and adapt to ensure we are equipped to cater for a wide range of business activities, whether it be residential or commercial sales and lettings, auctioneering, block management, short lets, rent to rent, EPC\u2019s, buying agency, interior designers, architects, surveyors, approved building inspectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ever evolving legislation and pending regulation provides added protection to the consumer which results in inevitable litigation claims.
