Moderated by Simon Jack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the panel we have Paul Shamplina, Founder of Landlord Action and an authority on successful evictions, Ben Beadle, CEO of the NRLA, representing over 111,000 landlords, Dawn Bennett of Agent Rainmaker, Kim Lidbury, ARLA President and LRG Group Director responsible for 500 property managers.
