Valerie’s current role is Lettings Technical Director in the LSL Franchisor Group, which has several franchise brands in the Group \u2013 Your Move, Reeds Rains, AIG, and Southern Move. She has spent 41 years working in the private rented sector mainly in residential lettings, also working in block management, repossessions and a brief time in residential sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She says her number one passion is “without doubt anything related to lettings”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Outside her full time role with LSL, she is closely associated with Propertymark currently as the local Area Executive for Hampshire, Bournemouth and the Isle of Wight; Valerie formerly served on the Propertymark Board of Directors over two elected terms by members and prior to this, served as ARLA President.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over the years she has been (and continues to be) \u00a0part of various working groups associated with legislative changes in the lettings industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
