Kate is highly regarded in the property world for her highly rational analysis of local and national data in sales and lettings markets. Her regular reports in The Negotiator represent just part of her work as she consults with and supports leading agency groups including Belvoir Lettings, Direct Line, NALS and Chesterton.<\/p>\n
She was awarded an OBE in 2022, for her services to the property industry.<\/p>\n
She is Chair of the House Buying and Selling Group, a think tank which draws on key talents in the industry to improve the housing transaction in England working with the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.<\/p>\n
Kate has written six property books including four for the consumer organisation Which? – Buy, Sell and Move House; Renting and Letting; Develop your Property and Property Investment Handbook. Kate presents at a seminar almost every week to landlords, investors, first time buyers and is often asked to present at industry conferences and chair debates.<\/p>\n
