Muve is looking for agency partners to offer the paid-for conveyancing service, which reimburses customers if the deadline is not kept.

Conveyancing firm Muve has launched a service that guarantees to get house transactions as far as an exchange of contract within five weeks or 25 working days.

Called MuveFast, it is only for freeholder properties, while the company will get leasehold deals to exchange within 40 days.

The clock starts ticking once Muve has received the client’s ID and completed Welcome Pack, plus the Memo of Sale.

Movers are charged a ‘success’ fee for hitting the 25-day or 40-day target on top of their usual conveyancing fee, while Muve will deduct £100 from the fee for every week over the initial deadline date the move goes.

If one side pulls out and the sales cannot go through, this success fee is waived.

David Jabbari (pictured), CEO of Muve, says: “We are incredibly proud of the work we were able to do throughout the Coronavirus pandemic. We helped over 90% of cases complete in time to save on stamp duty – a fantastic achievement for the team. MuveFast was an essential part of that success.

“Now, we’re looking to change our Fast product to better serve the needs of our clients today. We want to remove the stress and anxiety that can come from a slow conveyance, and the expectations of modern society are based more around instant results, rather than cumbersome processes and policies.”

Muve is seeking to distribute the service, which expects to achieve a 90% success rate, via estate agents and is looking for partner firms.
