Coyote appoints Head of Client Services

Johnnie Sims imageCoyote, the real estate software company, has appointed Johnnie Sims as Head of Client Services.

Johnnie joins from M7 Real Estate, where he was an Investment Manager for five years. During his time at M7, Johnnie was responsible for the Investment Management of three of M7’s JV Mandates and two of its discretionary funds with aggregate valuations exceeding €1bn. A Chartered Surveyor, Johnnie has worked in the property industry for seven years, including as a Surveyor for Jones Lang LaSalle.

Following the recent commercial launch of Coyote in September 2017, Johnnie will oversee the business’ client offering, working alongside the management team to deliver the best possible service.

Coyote is a unique cloud-based platform developed and used by M7 Real Estate and its clients for over eight years.
