Corey Cummins

Herddle, the tech-enabled lettings and property management agency has made two senior appointments during lockdown. Corey Cummins has joined as CEO, enabling co-founder Jess Ford to concentrate on Product Development, and, secondly, Brendan Hindle has come on board as Head of Sales with responsibility for developing relationships with developers, property fund managers and family offices as well as portfolio landlords.

Corey joins from REalyse, the real estate data analytics provider for developers which he co-founded in 2016. Brendan joins from Rentify where he was the Sales Director.

… it’s the possibility to combine with developers to transform the build to rent market.

Both Corey and Brendan join Herddle at a time when the merits of digital communication platforms have come to the fore during lockdown, and when the shortcomings of file-based and manual banking systems have also become exposed. The Herddle platform is there to make property management more efficient and transparent for landlords, tenants and agents.

Corey Cummins commented, “Herddle is built for portfolio management. It opens up the possibility of combining with developers to transform the build-to-rent market and work with family offices and institutional property managers to enhance returns and accountability.”
