Hat and Home, which has two branches in Surrey, has begun its latest tranche of eye-popping and award winning advertising.

Triple award-winning independent estate agency Hat and Home has launched its latest innovative marketing campaign.

The two-branch Surrey estate agency has made a name for itself with its striking – you guessed it – hat themed branding, promotional items and advertising which earned it three Gold gongs at last year’s Negotiator Awards, including Marketing Campaign of the Year.

Its new series of ads will be released in the coming months which will see Hat and Home’s signature bowler hat morphed into other objects or re-purposed to illustrate the importance of service and client representation at every touchpoint of the customer journey.  The ads can be seen across social media, print advertising, outdoor locations and on the company’s website.

Bowler

“We have been working very hard behind the scenes on our new brand marketing campaign which puts the Bowler front and centre to represent our proposition.“Our focus was to highlight the relationship between us and our customers.

“We know that to offer a truly fantastic service and deliver excellent results it’s essential we are involved at every stage of the client lifecycle and this campaign represents just that.”

Hat and Home has achieved a lot in a short time since launching in Wokingham in February 2021 and in Crowthorne last November. Gee is a former corporate estate agency employee having worked at Romans, Foxtons and Marsh & Parsons before setting up his own agency. The new agency cleaned up at The Negotiator Awards last November, with another hat trick – three Gold Awards, an unprecedented achievement for a new agency.
