Acorn, one of the London’s largest multi-brand estate agency groups, has signed up with home set-up service Just Move In.

The 38-branch estate agency group, which includes Acorn, Langford & Russell and John Payne, says its partnering with the service to help upgrade its clients’ customer service experience.

Just Move In will now help its clients notify both councils and water, sewerage and energy companies of their moves, as well as making recommendations on broadband, media, insurance, removals, storage, cleaning and other home-related services.

Paul Deveney (pictured), a main board director at Acorn, says: “We’re very pleased to be partnering with Just Move In – their approach to customer experience aligns with our own and we know our clients will appreciate the level of service they’ll be given as they move in and out of our properties.”

“We’ve seen a large increase in the number of people looking for home-setup services during the last year, which we expect to continue in 2021. “Moving home is stressful enough anyway but add to that a pandemic and a national lockdown and the levels of anxiety and lack of time are exacerbated.”

Just Move In – which is a certified B Corporation green company – says it has an ambitious growth strategy this year including more agency tie-ups and the launch of a new product in the Spring.
