One of the largest independent estate agencies in London has made a high profile appointment as its director and head of residential sales.
Lee Koffman (main picture) joins Robert Irving Burns from Sotheby’s, where he was head of prime house and flat sales in North and North West London at UK Sotheby’s International Realty.
Robert Irving Burns (RIB) says this new appointment represents a significant investment into its prime residential division, where it expects to see revenues double in the next 12 months.
The estate agent brings 20 years’ experience in the prime and super prime residential London markets. Prior to his six years at Sotheby’s where he transacted £700 million of property sales, Koffman spent more than 14 years at Aston Chase.
RIB recently also welcomed property magnate Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley as a 50% partner in the business, and is currently featured on Channel 4’s Selling Super Houses show.
Antony Antoniou, CEO of RIB, says; “Lee brings a wealth of experience across the super-prime residential markets, with excellent contacts and a deep understanding of the sector.
“We have invested significantly in our prime residential division in recent years, and we see this appointment as the next step in our growth.”
It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining the company.”
Koffman says: “RIB is a highly dynamic and evolving business with a strong existing client base and the infrastructure in place to ensure it is primed and ready to grow.
“It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining the company, and I’m really looking forward to working alongside Antony, PK and the team to help take the agency to new heights”.
The company’s 60-strong team of dedicated property specialists are based in London’s West End.
