Former Countrywide regional director, Peter Hurrell, has joined Norfolk property specialist, Sowerbys, to support the continuing growth of its Land and New Homes department.
Peter is the second Land and New Homes Manager and will work alongside Richard Cheal to meet growing demand from developers for opportunities across the county.
Since beginning his career in estate agency in the 1990s with Abbots, Peter worked for Countrywide for 25 years, most recently as Regional Estate Agency Director before co-founding his own business.
Peter said, “I am incredibly passionate about property and I get to come into work, in one of the nicest parts of the country and where the customers experience is always valued ahead of any business interest.
“I am hugely ambitious to assist in growing Land & New Homes and making it flourish.”
Sowerbys is the region’s leading independent estate agency with nine branches run by joint MDs Max Sowerby and Lloyd Sandy, who are “delighted” to welcome Peter to their team: “Over the past few months, I think we have demonstrated that we will react and invest to market demands, and we are all genuinely excited how the future looks for our new homes clients and the Norfolk property market in general.”
