Feefo, partners with new Federation of Independent Agents

Deploying Feefo’s AI – powered, invitation – only insight platform, FIA  says that its  members will  differentiate themselves by collecting, displaying and analysing thousands of real reviews from genuine  customers, demonstrating a transparent commitment to the highest standards of service and best  practice.

The platform’s powerful machine learning capabilities will give members unique, near – real – time insights into demand and sentiment, enabling a new level of responsiveness and improved customer experience.
